About This Spirit This is Caol Ila’s first unpeated malt of the decade, captured at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally deep amber in colour. Matured in refill, rejuvenated and ex-wine casks, it delivers a creamy and supple profile with notes of white chocolate, raspberry and nougat, layered with earthy undertones, leatherwood honey and delicate spice. This special edition brings unpeated Islay whisky back to Australia as a limited release.
