The property is more than 100 years old and has been run by Tony and Lita Brady since 1974. The original stone winery is still used for production. The 12 hectare vineyard is planted to old vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Mataro and Muscat of Alexandria, much of it dating from the late 1890s to early 1900s. The vineyard is dry farmed and fruit is handpicked. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in open-top stainless-steel fermenters. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for up to 12 months.
