About This Wine
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Majella vineyard in Coonawarra.
The wine was barrel fermented and then aged for 22 months in French oak hogsheads.
Fermentation is completed in 50/50 new and seasoned French oak hogsheads for around 12 months before final barrel selection, blending and further oak maturation for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
Dark purple and "aubergine" hues, mint and violet-like aromas. A palate of ripe plums, olives and capsicums, with a dusty, tannic finish.
