Jasper Hill's Shiraz-based wines are renowned for their superb qualities. With an emphasis on minimal intervention in the vineyard through the use of organic/biodynamic principles, the terroir or earth character of the individual paddock expresses itself fully in the balance, complexity and flavour of this great wine.
"Jasper Hill is largely responsible for bringing fame to what many believe will become one of Australia’s classic wine regions. Jasper Hill’s Shiraz based wines...are simply superb."
