Vineyard and Heritage
Sourced from Bindi’s revered Original Vineyard in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges, this 2008 Pinot Noir reflects the character of vines planted in 1988 on quartz-rich, north-facing slopes. The vineyard is known for its dedication to purity, balance, and expressing a true sense of place.
Vintage and Winemaking
The 2008 vintage benefited from a balanced growing season, producing fruit with ideal ripeness and vitality. The wine was matured for around 18 months in French oak (approximately 25% new), preserving aromatic clarity and structural finesse.
