Producer Notes Colour – Dark red with a purple hue. Nose – Vibrant lifted cherry and dark chocolate aromas with hints of toasted oak. Palate – The palate has lovely clean, sweet fruit flavours of cherry, blackcurrant and white pepper. Soft tannins and a wonderful acid balance complement what must be one of the best Cabernets made here in the past decade. A structured, stylish wine that drinks well now, but will mature beautifully.
