Capolino Perlingieri is an Italian winery located in Solopaca, in the Benevento province of Campania, known for producing high-quality wines and olive oils. The winery was established by Alexia Capolino Perlingieri, who took over and revitalized the family estate. Alexia has focused on organic farming methods across 13 hectares of vineyards, emphasizing the unique terroir of the Sannio area. Her approach involves a deep respect for the heritage grape varieties of Campania, especially Aglianico.  Why do we like it? 'Talento Aglianico' is the flagship wine of Capolino Perlingieri, made from the Aglianico grape, which is often referred to as "the Barolo of the South" due to its potential for aging and complex flavor profile. This wine is only produced in the best vintages to ensure optimal chemical and phenolic ripeness.
