VineyardFruit is sourced exclusively from Wantirna’s home vineyard near the Yarra River, planted on gravelly clay-loam soils. Mature vines and low yields produce berries of concentration and fine tannin. The estate’s cool climate and long ripening period ensure bright aromatics and impeccable balance. WinemakingEach parcel was fermented separately in small open fermenters with gentle hand plunging, then matured for around 18 months in French oak barriques (approximately one-third new).
