This rare variety captures the ancient terroir of Blewitt Springs with grandeur and richness. The west-facing, low-yielding old vines yield a Cabernet Sauvignon that is both powerful and refined, offering elegant notes of black currant, graphite, slate, Earl Grey tea, sage, and bay leaf, intertwined with hints of cedar, baking spice, and roasted meat, creating a wine with significant power and presence.
