Crafted from grapes sourced from vines over 60 years old, the Côte de Nuits Villages Vieilles Vignes is a vibrant Pinot Noir with delicate aromas of spice, potpourri, and red berries. The vines thrive in limestone-rich soils under biodynamic practices, with the wine incorporating 25-30% whole bunch fermentation using indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur. Like all Galeyrand wines, it is certified organic and aged in oak barrels, with no more than 20% new oak.
