2019 Domaine Barat, Chablis Monts de Milieu 1er Cru

Domaine Barat is Located in the village of Milly in Chablis, Burgundy. 6th generations vignerons, Angèle & Ludovic Barat share a love of their soil and savoir–faire transmitted by their parents, which give to their Chablis, character, freshness and beautiful vivacity. Listening to Mother Nature, preserving heritage and environment are paramount.  Why do we like it? The 2019 Chablis Monts de Milieu 1er Cru, from one of Chablis' most revered sites, offers an aromatic complexity of citrus zest, green apple, and a signature flinty minerality.
