Routinely delicious, spicy and elegant, all of it here again this vintage. This 2019 has earthy undertones, blood plum and salted licorice. Stalky (although not actually – the wine was destemmed and whole berries were retained), sappy and layered with loads of pepper, szechuan and brine, all of it contained within the medium-bodied frame.” About This Wine This Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot blend is produced by Fraser Gallop Estate in Margaret River, combining classic Bordeaux varieties in a medium-bodied, structured style.
