2019 Patrick P-Series Shiraz 750ml

TASTING NOTE:  This Shiraz offers a rich and balanced profile with white pepper spice, dark fruits, and well-integrated oak. It's a wonderfully round and complex wine, embodying the essence of a classic Australian Shiraz. WINEMAKER’S NOTE:  Sourced from our northern block in Wrattonbully, this wine is aged primarily in older oak to preserve the rich fruit flavors and minimize tannin absorption. VINTAGE NOTE:  A cool growing season and above-average rainfall led to a mild growing season. Fortunately, the rain subsided in time for harvesting, resulting in a Shiraz with a perfect balance of spice and ripeness. This vintage is elegant with soft tannins, reflecting a more traditional style.
