Tasting Profile
Nose: Golden in colour with aromas of honey, linden flower, hazelnut butter, and chamomile.
Palate: Silky and rounded texture with flavours of white stone fruit, supported by great minerality and balance. Subtle notes of yellow plum and gingerbread linger on the finish.
About the Appellation
Meursault is one of the largest and most celebrated villages in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy.
The vineyards are planted exclusively to Chardonnay, producing wines known for their richness, finesse, and mineral backbone. Around 30% of the vineyards are classified as Premier Cru.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested parcel by parcel, followed by careful grape sorting.
Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, with 12 months of maturation in Burgundy oak (25% new).
Bottled without filtration to retain purity and authentic expression of terroir.
