In the style that has become quintessentially Grosset pinot, fresh aromatics of strawberry and red cherry precede a fine, silky palate featuring red fruits with subtle underlying darker fruit flavours and oak influence. The finish is long, gently fleshy with supple lingering tannins. Very attractive lifted perfume of red cherry, fivespice and dried herbs, the palate intense and light to medium weighted, but long and fine and satisfying through the mouth. A trace of Campari but not overtly stemmy. Very fine pinot, seamless, harmonious and long. Very stylish. 05 OCT 2022
