The Turkey Flat Shiraz is crafted from heritage clones sourced from the Bethany and Stonewell sub-regions of the Barossa, incorporating vine material from the estate's original plantings dating back to 1847. After undergoing fermentation in open stainless steel vessels, the wine matures for 18 months in both new and seasoned French oak hogsheads. Characterized by dark cherry and plum aromas, it features ripe chocolatey tannins. Sourced from some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world this full-bodied classic displays intense brooding fruit balanced by the finest French oak.
