2022 Charles Melton La Belle Mere GSM 750ml

The color is bright with medium depth and excellent clarity. Initial aromas of pepper and spice give way to sweet Grenache musk with some air, accompanied by a hint of black cherry from the Mataro. A touch of sweet cedar from the oak is present but subtle, as only a small portion is new. The palate is lively, yet retains the traditional plushness and velvety finish from sur lie maturation.
