The grapes for this wine are processed in a classic way. First, maceration takes place, followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. In this way, a fresh fruitiness is preserved, which is particularly lush in the 2020 vintage.
Even in the smell, the wine shows a soft, fruity aroma. The taste unfolds finely spicy aromas of pickled fruits, sweet cherries and morello cherries.
