About the Winery Founded in 1895, Domaine Gérard Duplessis is a family-run estate located in the heart of Chablis. Today, the domaine is managed by Lilian Duplessis and farms 9 hectares across Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru sites. The vineyards have been cultivated organically since 2007, achieving certification in 2013, and now incorporate biodynamic practices. Village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru vineyards are planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, while Petit Chablis parcels sit on Portlandian limestone.
