This year’s extended "hang" time in the vineyard has brought out classic characteristics of ripe Gewurztraminer—rose petals, lychee, mandarin, and grapefruit rind. While the nose showcases dense, ripe aromatics, the palate surprises with a lighter body and a reduced residual sugar of 17 grams per litre. This creates a soft entry, but the wine quickly spreads across the palate with a lively and balanced mouthfeel. A harmonious interplay between fruit weight, density, and acidity ensures the wine stays vibrant and fresh, leading to a long, linear finish.
