2022 Grosset Rockwood Wild Shiraz 750ml

Made without crushing the shiraz berries or the addition of yeast, the grapes were allowed to commence ferment spontaneously. Bottled without fining or time in oak, this is a truly wild ferment wine made with the minimum of intervention, the success of this approach most likely due at least in part, to biodynamics. Restrained mulberry, black cherry, bramble notes, supple, fleshy texture yet quite tight and very fine. It is very smooth in the mid-palate yet with a firmness that gives restraint without detracting. This Grosset Shiraz flows effortlessly on to a finish that is long and subtle. Wild and absolutely delicious. A-Grade Certified Organic and Biodynamic (ACO) vineyard. Unfined- vegan and vegetarian friendly
