This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from sustainably grown fruit sourced from top vineyard sites in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, including Coppermine Road, Long Gully Road, Ryan Road, Gateway, and Joppich. It reflects Mollydooker’s bold and expressive house style.
Winemaking and Maturation
Fermented and matured in a mix of 89% American and 11% French oak, using 34% new barrels. With a signature Marquis Fruit Weight™ of 67%, the wine offers plush texture and intense flavour.

Appearance: Deep red-purple
Nose: Aromas of black cherry and plum unfold into blackberry, liquorice, mocha, cigar box, and subtle forest herbs
Palate: Rich and smooth, showcasing ripe dark fruits, mocha, and spice. Silky tannins support a layered palate that finishes with juicy plum, spice, and a hint of chocolate-covered cherry
