Picking too early yields a wine that's overly vibrant and stringent, while delaying results in the loss of its characteristic minerality and structure. We're confident that the 2022 vintage hits the mark. We meticulously handpicked grapes from the Blue Range Estate vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula, then gently pressed them into French oak barriques and Puncheons for fermentation and aging. This wine entices with delightful scents of fresh peach, vanilla, and honeycomb. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between richness and a mineral-like framework.
