“Complex and lifted aromas of nutty lees, baked apple, stone fruit, green melon and wheat puff. Rich, mouth-filling and generous on the palate. Creamy oak, peach, nectarine and pithy grapefruit are all doing their thing. The acidity is punchy and there’s some phenolic grip rounding the palate out nicely. A generous style of chardonnay.”

About This Wine
The fruit for this wine is selected from older estate plantings. It was fermented using wild yeasts and matured in a portion of new French oak hogshead barrels to maximise complexity. The wine is intensely flavoured and complex with a creamy texture and natural mineral acidity.
