Organically farmed since the 1970s, these vineyards achieved NASAA Organic Certification in 2010. The grey loam soils over sandstone and slate are key to the unique character of Polish Hill Riesling, as opposed to the limestone soils of Watervale, with rocky topsoil that forces the vines to work hard, yielding fruit of exceptional quality.
