The fruit is sourced from dry-grown bush vines, fermented with minimal intervention to capture purity, texture, and the natural charm of this Mediterranean variety. Tasting Notes Aromas burst with red cherry, wild strawberry, and raspberry, lifted by notes of rose petals, fennel, and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with juicy red fruits, fine chalky tannins, and a gentle savoury line that adds depth and freshness. Energetic and elegant, it reflects Pannell’s belief that great Grenache should balance intensity with drinkability. Style & Winemaking Whole berries were fermented with indigenous yeasts and minimal extraction, followed by maturation in large neutral oak to preserve vibrancy.
