Fresh, pure and intense. Grapefruit, citrus blossom and a hint of lime, with a lovely flinty note underlying. The palate is intense with layers of deeply textured and concentrated fruit. A tightly wound and piercingly intense mineral finish that goes on and on. Over the past decade Yabby Lake has built a reputation for producing some of the finest examples of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay made on the Mornington Peninsula.
