Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Zesty grapefruit, nectarine and green apple aromas mix with roasted almond and gun flint notes. Energetic pear, green apple and grapefruit flavours are layered across the elegant palate with subtle biscuity oak evident on the fresh gun flint infused finish. Lively acidity with good depth to the long finely textured conclusion. Food Pairing - Roast chicken, porchetta and mushrooms.
