2023 Chateau-Fuisse Saint-Veran 750ml

Château de Fuissé is located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards in southern Burgundy. The Vincent family, owners since 1862, produces wines of exceptional quality, making the most of the privileged location of their 40-hectare estate. Old winemakers sometimes said that Saint-Véran "pouillottait" (a wine that was "chickened"), illustrating the geographical proximity to its larger neighbor. These clay-limestone soils, enhanced by vinification in vats, are revealed through a saline and very generous wine.
