About the Producer
Domaine William Fèvre is regarded as one of the leading domaines in Chablis. Founded in 1957 by William Fèvre, the estate owns 16 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards and 15 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards.
The domaine has followed a strong environmental approach for more than twenty years. Certified HVE3 since 2014, the majority of the vineyards are managed according to biodynamic principles.
