Llew Knight began working with his parents to produce family wines in 1979 and has crafted every vintage since. The Knight family were pioneers in the area, planting their first vines in 1970 after recognizing that traditional small-scale sheep farming was no longer sustainable. Llew's Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peaches and brie cheese, thanks to lees stirring, and the palate is rich with white peach flavors and a textural grip on the finish.
