Andrian’s Pinot Bianco grows on the mid-slopes of Alto Adige, rooted in soils of erythroid, argillaceous lime, and dolomite rock. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel, followed by maturation on fine lees for six months.
Like all Andrian whites, the style is defined by precision and balance. The bouquet shows vibrant pear and stone fruit, while the palate is soft and elegant, with a smooth texture supported by focused acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, with fine almond and mineral notes that reflect the Dolomite terroir.
