Origin and Winemaking
Grapes were sourced from vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. The wine was barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, with 40% new and 60% one-year-old barrels. It is produced by re-fermenting the Boxer Shiraz to create its sparkling character.
