Region and Winemaking
This bold McLaren Vale Shiraz is crafted in Mollydooker’s signature “left-handed boxer” style. Fermented and matured entirely in American oak—45% new, 25% one-year-old, and 30% two-year-old barrels—it delivers richness, structure, and complexity. Fruit is sourced from select vineyards across McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, and Padthaway.
