About This Wine
This Grand Cru Chardonnay comes from Pierre-Vincent Girardin’s holdings on the east and south-east slopes of Corton-Charlemagne in Aloxe-Corton. The site’s clay-limestone soils with white marl and scattered stones provide tension, minerality and precision. Whole-cluster vinification followed by élevage in 456L French oak barrels and finishing in stainless steel shapes a wine that is energetic, focused and built for extended ageing.
