About This Wine
This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Wilyabrup in the mid-northern Margaret River, grown on ancient, well-drained gravel loam soils. Individual vineyard parcels were fermented using indigenous yeasts, with extended maceration to define site character before blending.
Malbec remains a traditional component alongside Cabernet Sauvignon, contributing to the final blend. The wine was matured in French oak barriques prior to bottling.
