95/100 — Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy · 2023 Vintage
Tasted: Aug 2025
95/100 — Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion · 2023 Vintage
“A combination of natural and inoculated ferments, then racked to hogsheads (30% new) and with 30% mlf. A bright green gold. Expressive, with a tangerine, lemon peel and almond-scented bouquet. A little chalkier and more restrained on the palate than the ’22, this very nicely balanced and structured wine should age gracefully over the next five to seven years at least.”
— James Suckling · 2023 Vintage
“Aromas of preserved lemons, salted nuts, stone fruit, river stones and apple blossoms. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity and lovely depth of flavor, finishing with a slight phenolic grip. Very pure and giving, with underlying freshness. Classic and delicious. Drink or hold.”
