Awards, Ratings & Reviews
“A blend of 61/39% marsanne/roussanne from vines planted between ’73 and ’85. Unusually both varieties were picked on the same day, before being fermented and matured together. A deep-ish, bright green gold. Complex with aromas of pear, white nectarine, candied ginger and light floral scents. A little more restrained than the ’22, this always gently textured wine finishes citrus pithy, chalky and long. Lovely.”
97/100 — Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion · 2023 Vintage
“Aromas of lemon confit, beeswax, fresh flowers, stone fruit and honeysuckle. The palate is medium-bodied with a densely packed mouthfeel that is cut through with bright and pure acidity. A really well-balanced blend with a nod to the Old World. Drink or hold. Screw cap.”
