"(2025) A blend of 70% Grenache with Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault using grapes from partner growers and 60% from the estate's owned plots. Very pale, there's less of the tutti-frutti character here as it adopts a more lean and gastronomic stance, with citrus and just a touch of floral red fruits. Though it appears to be bone-dry in the finish, there is a mid-palate richness, fruit sweetness and silky weight to the wine. Now Minuty's most popular cuvee in France apparently. "

About This Wine
The nose is an explosion of fruit, with delicate, straightforward aromas ranging from white-fleshed fruit to exotic fruit. The palate is complex, saline, and fresh, with a frank, straight, and mineral character.
Winemaking
Minuty Prestige Rosé is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from the finest terroirs of Provence, complemented by selected plots within the Estate. After the harvest, pressing allows for a careful separation between the free-run juices and the pressed juices, in order to retain only the purest fractions. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperature to preserve aromatic freshness. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, in order to preserve all the tension and liveliness of the wine.
Food Pairing
The mineral and saline finish of this Provence rosé makes it a perfect partner for seafood. Salty oysters are the ideal companion, as are whelks, clams, and the entire seafood platter. Raw fish in ceviche, sashimi, or sushi pair perfectly, as do grilled fish with a drizzle of olive oil. It also pairs well with Italian cuisine, such as a crispy Milanese escalope, linguine alle vongole, or burrata flavored with basil, as well as Provençal classics like stuffed vegetables or a vegetable tian.
About the Winery
Château Minuty is a Provence winery in Saint-Tropez best known for its rosé wines. Minuty was one of the Cru Classés of Provence designated in 1955 in an effort to classify top producers in the region. Farming practices follow many organic techniques such as not using pesticides or herbicides.
