Overview
The debut vintage of Circle of Fifths brings harmony to Giant Steps’ five premier single-vineyard sites—Applejack, Bastard Hill, Primavera, Sexton, and Tarraford—into one expressive, cohesive Pinot Noir. The name pays homage to music theory, mirroring how separate “voices” blend into a single chord, just as these vineyards combine to form a unified wine.

Bottled by gravity, unfined and unfiltered

Texture & Finish: Plush tannins frame a fresh, silky palate with a long, savoury finish that leaves chalky forest-floor accents
