Allocation Only: Limit 1 Bottles per person
This wine is a composition drawn from Sami-Odi’s purest, most individual and prized casks from the 2024 growing season.
The blend is assembled from the two oldest plots within the Hoffmann family’s sunkissed Eben-Ezer earths, planted on their own roots in 1927 (0.58 hectare), together with the oldest vines dating between 1888 and 1912 (0.775 hectare).
Bottles were filled without filtration, fining or sparging, with the removal of naturally occurring oxygen and CO₂, and all transfers completed via gravity prior to bottling.
Yields ranged between 27 and 41 hectolitres per hectare, with a total of 4,975 bottles filled.
Label: ‘W1BO’ ~ QSL card circa 1932; image sourced Kapunda 2012. Rear — Andy’s Tea Towel.
