Wild strawberry fruit and a creamy texture fill out the mid palate, which continues onto fine grained tannin and a crunchy cherry pip acidity at the finish. The color of strawberry juice, it opens with a reductive funk that eventually blows off with air. Underneath lie fruit aromas akin to watermelon and strawberry Jolly Ranchers that morph into orange rind, sap and spice with time.
