2025 Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Riesling 750ml

Vintage: 2025 Region: Heathcote, Victoria Variety: Riesling Alcohol: 11.5% Picked earlier than usual, resulting in lower alcohol and a fresh, natural acidity that makes this wine incredibly mouth-watering. Medium golden yellow in colour, with the usual aromatic citrus notes. Bone dry, yet a soft, lingering sweetness evolves - think honey, or lemon and sugar on pancakes. These also dating back to the foundation of the estate (except for a few patches of younger vines planted after bushfires) and on its own roots. A single hectare of each of Semillon, Nebbiolo and Viognier were planted in 1991. The viogner was grafted to Fiano in 2014 and the Semillon has been removed. The current Georgia's Paddock wines are the Shiraz, Nebbiolo and Riesling varietal bottlings.
