This premium grappa is produced by distilling the pomace of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grapes harvested from the Tignanello estate in the heart of Chianti Classico. The pomace is immediately transferred to the distillery after fermentation and pressing, ensuring the preservation of aromatic compounds.
