Brinktop Pinot Noir 2024

This Brinktop Pinot Noir has a concentration of fruit characters with red cherries and black berries. It maintains its fruit weight through the mid palate with flavours of licorice and dried thyme, with gamey and forrest floor influences. Finely grained tannins and a mild dose of acidity that offers balance and backbone to this wine, that should see it continue to develop in the cellar through to 2032.
