The master distillers have crafted a rum that expresses the taste signature for which Bundaberg is renowned, through the finishing of the rum in 35 year old Barossa Valley port barrels. This imparts a soft wood-aged character with delicious notes of treacle, violets and a hint of Port character at the finish.
