Our first ultra-premium Cabernet Shiraz, a blend that Australia is very famous for, showcasing the structure and elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon balanced perfectly with the rich, vibrant fruit character of Shiraz. WINEMAKING A quintessential Australian blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Shiraz, this wine is hand-crafted using small open fermenters, gently basket pressed, and matured in fine French oak for 18 months. French oak has long been favoured for its ability to refine and elevate the wine’s natural complexity with its fine grain and subtle flavour profile. TASTING NOTES It offers flavours of red plum and dark cherries, harmoniously balanced with integrated oak and velvet tannins. Enjoy now or cellar up to 10 years from vintage.
