The bluebottle jellyfish is the inspiration behind Critters Bluebottle Gin. The spirit gets its iridescent blue from butterfly pea flowers. Offering a much more pleasant 'sting', the Bluebottle Gin is crisp and dry, made with organic juniper, cassia bark, licorice root, and fresh citrus peel.
Tasting Notes: Juniper forward with lemon citrus and delicate cinnamon spices that finish with sweet vanilla notes.
