Made using Traditional Method from Chambourcin with some selected parcels of Graciano added,
The mouthfeel is refined and dry with red cherry and blackberry fruits with a fine herbal influence of Rosemary and mint. There's an underlying note of Campari, that imparts a textural and spicy influence on the long, lingering finish.
