This Delamere Pinot Noir is medium bodied, but also quite a delicately structured example of Pinot Noir, with red cherry and concentrated blueberry fruits. It's textual through the mid palate and layered with fine herbal notes, with an earthy undergrowth characteristic, some violets and subtle spice, lead to a finish if finely grained tannins as well as a balanced freshness from natural acidity. It is a delicious wine now, that will also reward with further cellaring and is ideally matched to roasted Duck or a rack of Lamb
